Pool and Spa Service
The Pool Sitter offers complete Pool and Spa Service, Supplies
*Pool Service
-Weekly service includes one service trip a week
-Skim water surface removing debris
-Vacuum or Leaf Jandy the bottom of pool
-Clean skimmer and pump baskets
-Empty pool sweep debris bag and make sure pool sweep is
working properly
-Brush down tile and walls of pool
-Filter backwashing or pull and cleaning of cartridge filters
-Checking and adjusting your water chemistry
-Liquid Chlorine, Muriatic Acid and D.E., are included
*Spa Service
-Weekly service includes one service trip a week
-Remove debris from spa surface and skimmer
-Vacuum the bottom of spa
-Checking and adjusting your water chemistry
-Cleaning or replacing filters when needed
-Draining and refilling spa water when needed
(usually every 3-4 months depending on use, not included in
service)
-All chemicals included for weekly service
*Pool Service (Two times a month)
-Two service trips a month (November – February only)
-Same as a weekly service
-Chemicals are not included
* Filter Service
-Sand Filters – Degreased, usually one or two times a year.
-Cartridge Filters – Pull and Cleaned, usually one or two times a year. Check and replace filter tank lid o-ring, manifold, and air relief valve if needed.
*Chemical Check
-Done on a weekly basis only
-Check and adjust water chemistry as needed
-Liquid Chlorine, Muriatic Acid and D.E. included. All other
Chemicals are billed separately
*Pool and Spa Start up/Clean ups
-Pool start ups and or clean ups start at one hour labor
-Depends on size and what kind of shape pool is in
-Chemicals not included
*Spa Drain and Refill
-Usually one hour labor
-Drain and refill spa with fresh water
-Pull and clean spa filters
-Balance water chemistry
-Chemicals included
